Shipping Policy

All engines are shipped via freight carrier with professional crating to ensure safe delivery. We use reputable carriers including:

• FedEx Freight
• UPS Freight
• Old Dominion Freight Line
• Regional LTL carriers

All our customers have free shipping within the United States.  There is a Flat rate of $350 for all international orders.

Every engine is professionally prepared for shipment:

• Drained of all fluids per DOT regulations
• All openings sealed and protected
• Mounted on custom wooden pallet
• Secured with industrial strapping
• Fully insured during transit

• Order Processing: 1-2 business days
• Transit Time: 3-7 business days (depending on location)
• Total Estimated Time: 5-12 business days from order

You will receive tracking information once your engine ships. Most deliveries include liftgate service at no additional charge if you don’t have a loading dock.

Local pickup is available at 1230 S Olive Street
Los Angeles CA 90015. Please call (908) 395-0621 at least 24 hours in advance to schedule. Bring appropriate equipment for loading – engines are heavy!

IMPORTANT: Inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery while the carrier is present. If you notice any visible damage to the crate or engine:

• Note the damage on the delivery receipt
• Take photos of all damage
• Contact us within 24 hours at sales@jdgmotors.com
• Keep all packaging materials

We will work with you and the carrier to resolve any shipping damage claims.
